Terms
The short version: scan what you like, we will be honest, and the report is yours the moment you pay for it.
The service
AuditX, operated by Zedox Development, audits a publicly reachable web page and returns a score and a set of findings. The free scan is offered as is. Paid access is a one time purchase per scanned site: $2 for an emailed PDF, or $29 for the full report, both before tax. If tax applies to your purchase it is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location, and added to these prices.
What the report is, and is not
It is a measurement of what your page did at the moment we looked at it, with the method for each finding stated. It is not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic or revenue, and it is not legal advice. Where a measurement could not be taken we say so rather than guessing.
Immediate delivery and your right of withdrawal
There are three levels. The free scan shows your overall score, all nine category scores, two screenshots of your own site and your three biggest issues, and it stays on the page. For $2 we email you a PDF covering more of your issues, the highest-impact ones, still without the fixes. The full report, $29, adds every remaining issue, the fix for each one, and the deeper sections: priority action plan, AI search breakdown, security, indexability, performance and content, on the page and as a PDF. Both prices are before tax; if tax applies to you it is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location, and added to the total. Both paid levels are digital content that unlocks the instant your payment succeeds. When you pay you are asked to agree to this immediate delivery, and as EU consumer law allows for digital content supplied immediately with your explicit consent, you waive the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal at that point. For the full report, and for the $2 PDF bought from an existing result, you have already seen the free scan before you pay, so you know what the tool produces before you spend anything. The $2 PDF can also be bought the moment you start a scan, before any result exists yet, so that payment happens while the scan runs instead of waiting for it to finish. If a scan paid for that way then fails, the fault is ours, not yours, and we refund the $2 automatically the same day, with no request needed from you.
Refunds
Because the report is delivered and consumed at once, it is not returnable, and we operate a strict refund policy. We refund only where the fault is ours:
- You were charged but no working report was ever produced, and we could not put it right.
- You were charged more than once for the same report, or charged an amount other than the price shown.
- You pre-paid the $2 PDF while your scan was still running and that scan failed. This one is automatic: we refund it the same day without you needing to ask.
We do not refund in these cases:
- You disagree with a finding. Every finding states the number it measured. Send it to us and we will check it, and if a check is genuinely wrong we fix the check, but a correct finding is not grounds for a refund.
- The report told you your site scores poorly. That is the report working.
- You changed your mind after receiving your PDF, or after unlocking the full report.
To ask, email auditxsupport@gmail.com within seven days of purchase with the address you scanned and the reason. We review each request individually and reply within one working day. Nothing here removes a right you have under mandatory law that cannot be waived.
Fair use
Scan sites you own or have permission to test. Do not use the service to overload someone else's server. We rate limit scans and may block an address that abuses it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up but do not promise a particular uptime. If a scan fails you are not charged for it.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a report, which is why every finding tells you what was measured so you can check it yourself.
